Vendor Guidelines:

The Backlot Vendor Fair is an outdoor event held in conjunction with Sound Stage 6 Haunted House. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent/canopy, table, chairs, lighting, extension cords (if needed), and all supplies needed for their booth. Vendors are encouraged to provide a family-friendly game, activity, candy, giveaway, or small prize for guests. All displays, products, activities, and promotional materials must be family-friendly and appropriate for the event. Vendor spaces are limited and subject to approval. Vendors are responsible for setup, breakdown, securing their own equipment and merchandise, and leaving their assigned area clean at the conclusion of the event.
